Our promise is to get you to where you want to go. We provide experienced associates, all from senior management backgrounds, to match and enhance the performance of your core people and help you achieve your organisational goals.

It is important that we exceed our promise to our clients. To achieve this, we require a special mix of experience and skills in our associates.

Currently, we have a core team of 6 Associates and 2 strategic partnerships. The competency profile of each associate is created through their range and length of commercial and/or public service professional experience.

They have proven track records in senior mentoring, coaching and facilitation experience, as well as excellent interpersonal relationship building skills.

Finally, each of our associates has demonstrated evidence of compatibility with the DL Associates values and beliefs (link to values bit). This ensures we consistently provide a professional and results focused service. This process is managed by the Associate Manager, who will liaise with each associate regarding DL Associates terms & conditions and processes & practices.
