Jacky Pratt
Jackyis a practitioner coach accredited by the European Coaching
Institute. As a coach, she works with company owners and directors, acting
as their sounding board, helping them to move forward proactively and
effectively. She is keen to help people to take action… to do the things
they know deep down that they want to do, but which don’t seem to get
done… to avoid regrets tomorrow for lack of action today.
Prior to coaching, she spent 23 years in IT consultancy, and has much
experience of project management, e-learning development and systems
design, gained at companies such as British Airways, BP,
PricewaterhouseCoopers and GE Capital.
Her particular passion is for all people to value the differences between
each other. She works with companies in the area of Diversity Dynamics… a
flexible programme that companies use in order to capitalise on their
diverse workforce and customer base. In recent years, it has become
critical for businesses to ensure that they treat all people fairly. This
is of course a legal requirement, but it is also a commercial requirement.
With a diverse customer base, businesses perform better when their
workforce matches this, and when all in the team pull together and value
each other. An understanding of the dynamics of diversity equips a
business to treat its employees in a way that discourages bullying and
encourages employee retention.
Jacky is also a licensed Firework career coach, so she has an extensive
toolkit available to help someone understand what they really want to do
next in their life and work.
Jacky is a business mentor with the Prince’s Trust and her spare time is
spent cycling, golfing, walking, reading and enjoying music. |
