To provide a facilitation service to a Global Human Resources Council
meeting (5 continents, 18 staff) outside Madrid for 2 days.
Achievements:
A complex international context was handled carefully to achieve defined
outcomes.

To design and deliver workshops to all company HQ staff on bullying,
harassment and stress management.
Achievements:
A successful series of presentations and workshops on each topic area
which identified and focussed staff and management on specific
organisational ( e.g. e-mail) and professional issues. Workshops
integrated into existing Occupational Health programmes.
